Q: How do I know my order status after I paid?
A: You will receive your order confirm information in 12 hours by email after you paid ,and more updated information would be updated timely when your order is processing and shipping.

Q:How long can I receive my order?
A: Pls allow us 1~2 days to process your order after you paid,and shipping usually takes about 5~9 work days after we shipped it out,you`ll also receive the order tracking # and shipping official tracking site from us after the order is shipped out .

Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong color/item or you received merchandise with blemishs. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging and tags within 14 days of the delivery. To send an item back to us, You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Handbag-cheap.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
